Our baguette burger and roll trays are perforated, which allows for an all-round perfect and crispy baking result. Thanks to the stable quality and good non-stick properties, the baked goods can be easily removed from the mould. They can be heated up to 230 degrees and are of course PTFE/PFOA-free. 
Our one-piece loaf pans are essential for baking bread. 
The enamel coating makes them resistant to sourdough and the heavy quality makes them extremely durable. The temperature resistance here is even 
up to +400 degrees Celsius.
For a bread like at the baker's, our proofing baskets made of peddig cane are indispensable. Peddig cane is a quickly renewable and tasteless raw material. 
The processing with stainless steel clamps enables a clean product without residues.
It is important to flour the proofing basket well beforehand so that the bread dough loosens. 
Our stainless steel dough board is versatile and ideal for dividing the dough. 
Our bread baking stone made of fireclay is perfect for baking bread and pizzas. As this can be heated up to 1000 degrees, it can even be used on an open fire or grill. Here, a preheating of 30 min is essential.
This way the proofing basket becomes a bread basket, with the covers made of cotton, we have two functions in one product.

With the QR code, everyone can also use the recipe digitally. This way, the customer knows immediately which quantities fit into the baking tin and can be inspired by our recipe ideas.
