Aged wine which is decanted into the borosilicate glass decanter is forced through an obstacle course which gives the wine perfect oxygenation. The best that can be obtained compared with any other decanter.
Vinicio, designed by the chef Gennaro Esposito, was authorised for professional use by the wine expert Concezio Marulli of the Zaccagnini Company.
With Vinicio it is no longer necessary to uncork bottles a long time before use; the results can be enjoyed immediately after decanting from the bottle.
